Flowchat of cement nail making equipment
1. prepare raw material .
For processing cement nail must use high carbon 45# steel and meanwhile pls guarantee it comes as new wire coil .
2.wiredrawing machine
wiredraw the large wire diameter into smaller one which being same as the final steel nail you expected , totally we have 3 types as below picture and mainly choose by your raw material and capacity request .
Remark: the vertical bar being appeared on nail body and nail cap is finished in this process by special structure on die mould .
3.Cement nail making equipment
pre-set the length of nail you prefer , threading wire into the feeder and then you can get finished nail.
Remark: the horizontal strip on nail body are formed via nail mould during this process .
Except what aboved model , also we had another one which named as Z94-4.5C , It is designed to process steel nail within size scope of "70-135mm length and 3-6mm diameter" , motor comes as 4.4KW
3.steel nail polishing machine
