Option A :
waste steel rebar from buildings (low carbon series)-----profeesioanl scrap steel wire drawing machine (with the function of straightening and pointer ) ------nail making -----polishing
Option B:
Scrap tyre bead wire -----annealing treatment-------butt welding machine-----horizontal or vertical type continuous wire drawing (determined by your expected capacity ) -----pointer-----nail making -----polishing

Remark :
What aboved all are said for processing most common type wire nail , if your purpose is making cement nail , and have to use raw material as high carbon 45# steel , moreover after polishing need add another procedure as galvanization .

1. Q: What model you have for wire nail making machine ?

Except what aboved model , also we had another one which named as Z94-4.5C ,
It is designed to process steel nail within size scope of "70-135mm length and 3-6mm diameter" , motor comes as 4.4KW
2. Q: How big workshop should we prepared for a whole production line and how many staff I have to employee ?
A: 20M2 is enough , 3 people is okay .
3. Q: Every supply all say their machine designed with a good quality , but what I seen is same appearance , I want to know how to judge ? and why you say your quality is best ?
A: The principal axis are made in S45C steel and moreover via a heating treatment , what is more , we design this most important part as a whole body not belong to that assemble-type , so very durable , 10 years working life is easy to satisfied .
4. Q: Except this most common type wire nail and cement nail , what other shapes your wire nail making machine can produce(make)?
A:
Originally it is designed to make common wire nail , but testing proved that , under the help from other special auxiliary equipments like corrugated nail machine , umbrella head making machine , thread rolling machine and etc .,also are okay for screw steel nail , roofing nail .
5. Q : What is the difference between steel nail from scrap steel rebar and the one from new wire coil ?
