Features of Edible Oil Filter Equipment
- high filtration speed,filter 10-15kgs oil for 425 Model in 2-4 minutes (25-35kgs oil for 500 model in same time ),just you need to clean the residue when the oil handling volume reached to 500kgs
- no consumption of spare parts , no need washing the filter cloth
- electricity saving,stop the power once barrate rotating speed goes into regular ,then use the centrifugal force to separate
Caution of Edible Oil Filter Equipment :
- Do not start the machine without closing the caps and fixing the anchor bolt .
- The permissible oil residue percentage is 1-1.5%,and the ratio of salt and water should be near 1:10 , for example ,if you wanna to filter 100kgs oil ,probably 1.2-1.5kgs water is needed to pour in when the oil temperature reached to 60-70 degree, then stir two minutes
- There are oil hole on the sidewall of oil feed hopper ,pls keep refill the edible oil 3 times in one day to prevent conflict bearings happened.
- Refasten the bolt which located on the filter bottom after periods to prevent oil leak .

Usage of Edible Oil Filter Equipment
1. heat crude oil till 70 ℃ and mixed together with hot salt water (1-1.5%) for a stiring in advance
2. connect the machine with electric power
3. pouring the mixture into oil filter via hopper
4. keep the machine rotating for three minutes
5.stop the electric connection , and after 1 minutes inertia rotating , the clean oil will flows out automatically
