1.WORKING PRINCIPLE of Rapeseed Oil Expeller
The power comes from main motor being passed on to the shaft, and with the rotation there the worm push the oil crops seeds forward continually .
because of the space between squeeze chamber and squeeze worm become more and more tighter,also with higher density of the raw material ,
therefore the pressure increasing gradually. Meanwhile,due to the friction from oil particles movement surely much heating will appears ,
so far the two basic factors had been complete for oil technicals ,they damage the cell tissue and resulting in crude oil flows to the mixing tank via oil plate for further simple filter,
in this way,the oil residue was segregate on the screen.And related to the cake residual ,they are being pushed out from special designed discharge hole.

It is mainly composed by 7 major parts respectively that is screw axis ,press cage,feed mechanism ,cake yielding mechanism ,transmission system,electric control part and vacuum filter part.All the parts are assembled on one frame and screwed as a whole.
