Structure of Wood Crusher:

Wood crusher is mainly composed of four parts such as principal machine, coupling, bottom frame and motor, etc, in which the principal machine of crusher machine is composed of cutter head, upper and lower covers, feed inlet and outlet, etc.

Functions and Usage of Wood Crusher:
1. Use the wood crusher to crush wood into chip;
2. Use the chip dryer to take out the moisture of chip;
3. Use the Chip Forming Machine to press chip into stick;
4. Use the wood charcoal bake stove to bake the stick into charcoal;
5. Then use the wood crusher again to break the charcoal into powder;
6. Use the powder molding machine to press the charcoal powder into all kinds of shape(you can customize many kinds of mould);
7. Use the packing machine to package the shaped charcoal.
(You can choose it base your raw material,final product and wanted capacity)

1. One Year (Calculated from the goods arrived the destination port.)  If any parts (excluding easily damaging parts) are found defective in quality in the first year, we shall replace it free-of-cost. 

 After one year, parts can be replaced on favorable payment basis. We can send our engineer to provide the installation and trial run in your place. But the relevant cost shall be bear in your account (round trip air ticket, board and lodging).
