ONE: Introduction and Application of Sand Washing Equipment:
1. Sand Washing Equipment is a kind of water washing equipment to be matched with the sand making machine.
2. This series XSD Sand Washing Equipment is a kind of water washing style equipment to be matched with the sand making machine and can reduce the dust and stone powder which mixes with the final sand, so sand making machine can improve the quality of the sand.
3. XSD series Sand washing equipment is used in building plant, quarry, concrete plant, dam building, casting-70 sand, glass factorys quartz sand and refilling pressure sand.
TWO: Working Principle of Sand Washing Equipment:
1. The electric motor runs slowly with the impellor after decelerated by the belt, decelerator and gears wheel.
2. The sand and stone flow into washing launder from feeding launder, rolls with the impellor, and grinds each other.
3. The impurity covering the sand is washing away. At the same time, add more water, the strong water flow will take away waste and some low-weight wastes from washing launder.
4. Through the above process, the washing function is finished.
5. The clean sand and stone is lift up by vane. When it goes up slowly, the water begins to drop through the mesh and fall back in the washing launder.
6. On one hand, water is removed from the sand and stone; on the other hand, the water can be fully used.
7. Finally, the sand and stone goes to the out launder from the rotary impellor to finish the washing task.
THREE: Features of Sand Washing Equipment:
1. Simple structure. The bearing device of impeller drive is separated from water and materials with water, to avoid in a large degree that the bearings are damaged by being soaked with water, sand or some polluted things.
2. Being used for cleaning sand in quarries, it has many advantages compared with traditional spiral sand washing machine: There is little loss for medium-sized and fine sand and stone powder. The grade and the fineness of the sand for construction after being washed can be up to the national standards, such as sand for construction and cobble and broken stones for construction. There are no other wear parts except the screen mesh. It has longer service life and lower maintenance frequency.
