1. Ball Grinder Mill is widely used in mining, building materials and chemistry industries.

2. According to the milling way, Ball Mill Machine can be divided into dry and wet types.

    According to ways of discharge, the Ball Mill Machine can be divided into lattice and overflow types or center-discharge and side-discharge types.

    In accordance with the different kinds of support, it can be divided into Bearing Mill Machine and Bushing Mill Machine.

   In accordance with the different kinds of transmission, it can be divided into edge and center types. The mills with the diameter above 3m allocate jacking devices for easy maintenance.

   So the dynamical pressure bearing and the static pressure bearing can operate stable.

Ball Grinder Mill is widely used in the manufacturing industries, such as cement, silicate, new building material, refractory material, fertilizer,

ferrous metal, nonferrous metal and glass ceramics and can be used for the dry and wet grinding for all kinds of ores and other gradable materials.

 

5. Working Principle of Ball Grinder Mill

The ball Grinder mill machine is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear.

The materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly.

There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber.

The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials.

The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.
