Introduction of Raymond mill:

After many years' practice and constant improvement, the structure of R type raymond mill has been already completed day by day. It has high efficiency, low consumption, small space, little investment, no pollution and so on. Therefore it is widely used for in the fields of metallurgy, building materials, mining, chemical industry and so on. The materials must be non-flammable and non-explosive materials such as: gypsum, talcum, calcite, limestone, potassium, barite, dolomite, granite, kaoline, amargosite, medical stone, bauxite, iron oxide red, iron ore and so on. The materials should have the hardness less than 7 in Moh's scale and humidity less than 6 percent . The granularity of the end products can be adjusted from 613 to 440 micra(0.613-0.44 centimeters). It can meet different users' demands through the combinedaction of analyzer and blower.

Working principle

The jaw crusher breaks up the raw materials into needed feeding granularity, after that, the bucket elevator takes the material to the hopper and then the electromagnetic vibrating feeder sends them to the host' s hohlraum averaglly. In the rolling process of blade and grinding roller, the materials are feeded into the spaces of grinding rings which form the padding layer. The materials are grinded between grinding roller and grinding ring to get the purpose of making powder. After being grind, the powder is selected by classifier via the circle wind of the blower and the rough powder wil be back to the grinding room for regrinding. The qualified powder is brought into the power collection together with the airflow. The unqualified powder will be separated with the airflow by throwing to the out wall. All the air system of the machine is closed recirculation and operate under the condition of positive-negative pressure.
