GPS7/8-15E convey spray and grout small concrete hydraulic mortar pump description:

GPS7/8-15E Hydraulic piston mortar pump (mini concrete pump) is a new version machine which is mainly used for conveying concrete mortar, slurry mortar or fine stone aggregate concrete in high-rise buildings.

This machine can also be used for wet concrete spraying together with compressed air system and concrete accelerator system.

1.        Hydraulic double cylinder piston reciprocating convey

2.        Straight pipe distribution valve with small swinging resistance can switch quickly. It can spray wet concrete without interruption.

3.        The output is variable from 0 to 7m³/h as per need.

4.        It can use as a wet concrete spraying machine. The air switch remotely controls the main machine and dosing pump.

5.        Independent spring-loaded vibration plug can filter large size aggregate.

6.        LCD screen on the control panel can show pumping frequency, reversing time, voltage, cumulative working time etc.

7.        It can be controlled through local control or wired remote control.

8.        Air cooling system can cool the hydraulic oil effectively to make sure oil temperature below 55ºC.

9.        Automatic lubrication system can lubricate the concrete cylinder, mixer shaft and straight pipe valve rotation axis.

10.    Mortar pump outlet can be rotated 180 degrees which makes it easy to clean the caking mortar adheres to the valves and hopper.
