Due to the requirements of the water treatment process, the PH valve of the water need to be controlled within a certain range, dosing the acid or alkali is the most direct or effective way to meet this requirement.

This device consists of four main parts: dissolution system, dosing system, safty system and control system.
The solid chemicals does to the solution tank, then added in proportion of industrial water and stir to dissolve, cash by the dosing system added to the dosing point. Dosing control is available with the manual control and digital control. If use the digital control model, the pump will be automatic dosing accoding to the system signal.
