Hydraulic Dosing Pump Main Features:
1.Driving end
a. Eccentric mechanism driving, compact structure, small installing space.
b. Unique worm wheel structure or screw structure, promises the stable and successive work of the mechanic driving parts.
c. The roller bearing in the bottom of the screw promises the long time stable heavy-load running.
d. Oil bath lubrication systerm, long service life.
e. The flow is adjustable when running or stopping. The adjustment can be hand, electricity, air driving or frequency conversion.
2. Hydraulic end
a. Hydarulic driving diaphragm promises the long service life of the diaphragm.
b. High precision one-way check valve structure make dosing pumps precisely add.
c. Inner adjustable pressure relief valve can automatically protect the diaphragm and pump head from being damaged.
d. PVC, PVDF, 316SS, alloy 20 or 22, Hastelloy and other materials of pump heads are suitable for various fluids.
e. Optional pressure type double-diaphragm leaking hunting alarm ( on site or long range ).
Main Application:
Better dosing accuracy than Mechanical Diaphragm Dosing Pump,
Better sealing than Plunger Dosing Pump.
Suitable for strong corrosives, volatiles, easy-crystalizing, inflammable, explosive, highly toxic, high density, high viscosity, and valuable liquids. Also capable for turbid liquid.
Widely applied in Petrifaction, chemical industry, refinery processes, power plant boiler water treatment and so on.
