Specifications
Prestress Concrete Flat Anchor Block and wedges
1. Model: LBM15(15.24mm) or LBM13(12.7mm)
2. Stress End and Dead End flat head anchor type: 2 holes, 3 holes, 4 holes, 5 holes.
3. Wedges for flat anchor: two parts or three parts, according your requirement.
4.Applications: bridge, railway, highway, building, tunnel, slope strengthening, ect.
5. Usually, two options for customers' order:
A: Complete Set Parts: Anchor Ring(Head)+ Wedge+ Anchor Bearing Plate+ Spiral spring ring.
B: Two Sets(parts): Anchor Head+ Wedges.
6. For post tension and pre-tension construction
LBM15(13) of series flat anchor wedges
1. Flat type anchorages are mainly used for bridge deck transverse prestressing, hollow slab, and low box girder, with which the stress distribution is more uniform and reasonable, further reducing the thickness of thin structure.
2. If prestressing strand is collocated in plate-type, you can arrange the prestressing strand into flat redial pattern by flat anchorage to avoiding to increasing the thickness of plating.
3. LBM15(13) flat stressing-end anchorage includes flat anchor plate, working wedge, flat bearing plate, and uses the QYC front-end fixed jack to stressing.
