1. External steel panel

Thickness: 0.4mm ~ 1.2 mm

Basic steel: galvanized steel, galvalume steel and stainless steel

Finish: Galvanized, Powder-coated with PE/HDP/PUDF, Stainless steel with brushed/mirrored.

1. Insulation material

PU/EPS/Rock Wool/ Aluminum honeycomb/ Paper Honeycomb

 Panel  Width (mm): 980, 1180(the effective width)

Thickness (mm): 50, 75 and 100, other options are available under client’s request. Length (mm): tailored as per client’s requirement due to continuous forming production.

Shape: Notch + Alum. Joint + Notch

      (Tongue & Groove type is also available)

Product features:

The sandwich panels are new multi-purpose construction material.

1. Heat and sound insulation. Temperature suitable for PU ranges from -200 centigrade to 150 centigrade.
2. light weight, water-proof, Good chemical resistance and seismic resistance,  anti-corrosion etc.
3. Energy conservation, environment protection, economical, good structure, easy to installation

Sandwich panel looks like sandwich. Two external surfaces are made of powder-coated steel sheets. And insulation materials usually use EPS, XPS, PU, Rock wool, Paper honeycomb, Aluminum honeycomb etc.

They are widely used in clean room as non-force bearing wall, roof and ceiling and as force bearing wall in single-storey prefabricated buildings. The major application demonstrates in the clean room system as partitions & ceilings.

The fields range from electronics to semi-conductor, pharmaceutical, bio-tech and food processing etc.
