Welding electrodes introduction
E316L-16 is a kind of ultra-low-carbon Cr18Ni12Mo2 stainless steel electrode with lime-titania type coating. The carbon content of the deposited metal is lower than or equal to 0.04%. It has excellent heat-resistance, corrosion-resistance, crack-resistance, blowhole-resistance and welding performance. The coating has red-resistance and high strength. AC/DC.
Usage:
Used for welding equipment of urea, synthetic fiber, etc. and stainless steel structures of the same types, and also used for Cr stainless steel which does not need heat treatment after welding, composite steel, dissimilar steel, etc.

Instructions:
1.The electrodes should be baked under 200-250℃ for an hour before welding.
2.Direct current had better be used and the current should not be too strong.
Welding electrodes packing:5kgs/box, 20kgs/carton, 1000kgs/pallet, we could do according to the customers ‘request.

Samples:
Supply you 1-2kg welding electrode free of charge to test the quality , Postage will be on the customer’s charge. But postage could be deducted from the first order.
Inspection:
Full-Inspection before delivery. Third party inspection: BV SGS CCIC COC CIQ all accepted .

3. What's your company normal payment terms?
Answer:Usually we accept T/T,30%T/T prepaid before production,70% T/T in 3 daysafter you see the copy of BL. If you are one real buyer,we also can accept L/C at
sight.
4. How many days it will take you to produce mass production for us?
Answer:Usually it takes about 7to15 days ,it also depends on the
quantity and production seasons.
