Carbon welding electrode e7016 introduction:
It is a kind of carbon steel electrode with titania type coating specially used for vertical downward welding. AC/DC. All-position welding. It has excellent operating performance, easy ignition and reignition, stable arc, beautiful appearance of weld and good slag detachability.
Usage:
Suitable for welding general carbon steel and zinc-coated steel sheets for ships, especially suitable for vertical downward welding and intermittent welding on thin plates.

Instructions:
1.The electrodes must be baked under 300~350℃ for an hour before welding and used as soon as baking is completed.
2.The stains on the work pieces, such as oil stains, rust, moisture, etc., must be cleared away before welding.
3.When welding, operation with short arc and stringer bead is suitable.
Carbon welding electrode e7016 packing: 5kgs/box, 20kgs/carton, 1000kgs/pallet, we could do according to the customers ‘request.
