Plate pasteurizer
is an equipment specializing in sterilizer with milk,yogurt, beverage and similar liquid materials. The equipment is the ideal equipment make the materials sterilize ,cool and delay the, and can design according to users different craft requirement for material heating, sterilizing, keeping warm, cooling, to satisfy all kinds of craft require. Have the function of safety protection measures and alarm system high temperature, low temperaturewater-regurgitating. Meanwhile, can deploy high accuracy automatic control system according to users requirement.
The system adopts HTST processing method, makes liquid dairy products, plant protein milk,beer, juice beverage, tea and other liquid etc. strictly sterilized, then into aseptic package, with the sterilization temperature:72C-95c,warm keeping time:4-25S,so finally keep the original nutrition , color and flavor of the beverage and dairy. Quality guarantee period:6-12 months, The machine has the advantage of high heat recycle, compact and fine structure, and temperature control. Outputting material temperature, and cool package.
