High sheared vacuum homogenizing emulsifier
Primary functions:
The high-shearing homogenization emulsion machine are high-powered stirring systems. Lower part has particular stator-rotor structure to make the material be high-shearing dispersed ,homogenized and emulsified intensively .Middle has high speed dispersed propeller-blade to assist with blending and homogenization .Upside has liquid flow under press type dispersed propeller-blade to control flow fluid effectively and process more thoroughly .
The equipment is applicable to blending, dispersing, homogenization and emulsification of fluid liquid material.
Application scope:
Food industry: edible coloring matter, chocolate coating, filling food, syrup, flavoring, various additive, etc;
Medicine industry: medical ointment, ointment, lotion, cream, various vitamin, etc
Chemical industry concerned with product of daily use: shampoo, detergent, cream, tooth paste, paraffin liquor, hair dye, etc.
Adhesive industry: rubber liquor, polyester sulfured, silicone, hot-melt adhesive, polyurethane, etc.
