Usage
The jacketed vessel is used widely for pharmacy,food and chemical industry to cook,boil or concentrator according to client requirement.
Strcture
It has the hot steam and electrical heating sources.Also it can add the agitator and cover.All depend on clients.We can also make the jacketed kettle or jacketed boiler according to your special demands.
Stainless steel double layer pot by steam heating:
1.material is SS304 and SS316L
2.capacity :50L to 1000L
3.deisng according to GMPs and FDA
4.it can use electric heat and steam heat
5.it's vertical type, also can choose tilting type

Classification of Jacketed Kettle
1. According to Structure: there are Tilting Jacketed Kettle and Vertical Jacketed Kettle
2. According to Heating: there are Electric Heating Jacketed Kettle, Steam Heating Jacketed Kettle and Gas Heating Jacketed Kettle
3. According to Process Need: there are Jacketed Kettle with Agitating and Ones without Agitating
Structure of Jacketed Kettle
Tilting Jacketed Kettle is mainly composed of pot and tilting frame; and the pot is the double layer structure formed by inside and outside spherical pot; middle layer can add steam to heat.
