Air Conveyor

The purpose of the Aodun PET Air-Conveyor System is to provide a low maintenance accumulation link between Blow Molders, Labelers and Filling Machines.It will ‘float’ PET bottles on a soft cushion of air generated by blower. Standard construction throughout all our systems is 304 grade stainless steel.

Our Clipmatic neck guide material (UHMW-PE Polythene) cause the air to flow underneath each bottle’s neck ring, thus minimizing the friction involved, with a concomitant reduction in abrasion wear and air conveyor power consumption. The complete line control system applies PLC,Man-machine interface,transducer and ultrasonic sensor to realize automatic control. It can reduce the possibility of bottles’ second pollution,save package costs and labor.

It has energy saving,compact frame,artistic outlook,easy use,convenient adjusted and cleaning features. It is standard in accordance with sanitary requirements in food stuff and packaging industries and is the first choice of conveying machinery. PET Empty Bottle Air Conveyor Line consists of fan driven device,straight air line,turning line,climb and down line,lane divert and merge unit and bottle grippers.
