Jacket Electric Heating and Mixing Tank
Usage:
Electric cooling & heating tank, has the advantages of energy conservation,
noise elimination, anticorrosives, strong production capacity, easy to clean etc., mainly used in dairy industry, food, juice, pharmacy, chemical industry, drinks and so on, and to be the necessary equipment of heating, cooling, keeping warm, disposal of sterilization or serous fluid storage.
Structure:
This equipment is comprise of liquid container, mixing motor, mixing paddle and plug valve, 0°C~100°C disc type temperature gauge, electric heating device, and temperature control device etc.
- Inner liner: to be made with SS 1Cr18Ni9Ti material, surface polishing.
- Middle sleeve: To be made with A3 steel plate or 1Cr18Ni9Ti material, and equipped with screw type clapboard in sleeve. Cold water is from down to up (without pressure), come up to the best purpose of warming and cooling.
- Out keeping warm group: To be made of SS plate which is made into scale pattern. Insulating layer will keep the temperature difference with outside in P.E.F to reach the effect of warming.
- Reducer: Mixing motor is fixed on bracket, output pulley of reducer connects with mixing paddle, adopts loop to connect, facilitate to dismount and clean.
- Temperature gauge: Adopts WTZ-280 pressure instruction temperature gauge to install on the beam, still be up to the bottom, so that it can instruct the temperature when the liquid is at the lowest position, reach the purpose of sterilization.
- Electric heating device: Adopted electrical heated tube to heat to the rinsing in the sleeve. Only adjust the temperature control button on temperature control box, it will reach the purpose of automatic controlling.
