Application:
It is used for mixing all kinds of liquid products in pharmaceutical, food, chemial and biological fields.
We have different kinds of agitators:
v Bottom magnetic agitator with propeller impeller, speed from 50-400rpm or 50-800rpm. this kind of agitator is mixing thin viscosity , such as eyedrop, injection, CIP liquid, water, etc...
v Top mechancial agitator with propeller impeller, speed at fix 71rpm or adjustable 20-200rpm or special requirement. this kind of agitator is mixing syrup, injection, blood, oral liquid, culture media, etc....
v Emusification homogenizer, speed max 2900rpm for small vessel, 1480rpm for bigger tank. this kind of agitator is mixing most high viscosity , such as suspension, oil, fat emulsification , etc....
Two agitator can be installed in one tank if it needed.
Description
Product technical description
Specification: 50L~50,000L even larger.
Material: SS316L or SS304
Surface finish: inside surface is Ra0.28~0.6μm by mechanical polish. (passivation or electropolish are optional). Outside surface is Ra0.6~0.8μm by satin finish.
Pressure: ATM or pressure vessel (-0.1~1Mpa)
Structure: Single layer vessel, vessel with jacket, vessel with jacket and insulation
Jacket type: dimple jacket, full jacket, or coil jacket
Insulation material: rock wool
Components can be equipped as request:
standard components: manhole or handhole, sight glass, cleaning ball
optional components:
vent filter with Pall cartridge or china brand cartridge
temp. gauge, display on the gauge directly on the vessel
temp sensor pt100, digital display on the control cabinet by instrument
temp sensor with control for heating and cooling
level gauge with digital display on the control cabinet by instrument
load cell
valves
Manufacture standard for pressure vessel: GB150-1998,or PED/23/EC with CE mark
