Double Filter (Multi-layer Filter)

 

Double filter is also called double switching filter. It is parallel connected by two sets of stainless steel filters. It owns advantages of reasonable structure, good sealing, strong circulation ability and easy operation, is multifunction filter equipment which is wide application range and strong adaptability. Especially the filter bag is small leakage rate, can guarantee the filtration precision, and can quickly change the filter bag.

 

Usage of Double Filter (Multi-layer Filter)

1, weak corrosive materials in chemical and petrochemical production, such as: water, ammonia, oil, hydrocarbon, etc.
2, corrosive materials in chemical production, such as: caustic soda, thick thin sulfuric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid, etc.
3, the low temperature refrigeration materials, such as: liquid methane, liquid ammonia, oxygen and all kinds of cold agent.
4, materials have health requirements in light industry, pharmaceutical production, such as: beer, beverage, dairy products, food plasma medical supplies, etc.
Structure of Double Filter (Multi-layer Filter)
    The filter all uses stainless steel to make, it consists of two stainless steel cylinder, it’s a single layer of stainless steel welding structure, internal and external surface polishing treatment, filter cylinder is equipped with stainless steel mesh and mesh support basket;
    Capped with a bleed valve, discharge air in the filter for filtering effect. Top cover connected to the filter cartridge adopts quick open structure, more convenient cleaning (change) mesh, three adjustable leg can make smooth filter is placed on the ground.
    Pipe connection with articulated or clamp connection mode, front-rear using three-way ball valve opening and closing valve, pressure and temperature resistant, convenient operation and no material liquid leakage more health.
