Product Description
Stainless steel plate filter as a kind of filter equipment is applicable for liquid filtration that concentration viscosity below 50% and contain less slag, to achieve the requirements of airtight, sterilization, clarification and other fine filtration and half precision filtration. Directly select micro porous filter membrane, it can achieve the purpose of sterile filtration without using micro porous filter.
Usages of Stainless Steel Plate Filter
Stainless steel plate filter is widely used in pharmaceutical, biochemical, food and beverage, water treatment, brewing, petroleum, chemical industry, electroplating, printing and dyeing, electronic, environment protection, etc, is the latest equipment for all kinds of liquid filtering, clarify and purification.
Working principle of Stainless Steel Plate Filter
First will put the float liquid pump into every closed filter chamber filter press, under the action of pressure of work, the filtrate through membranes or other filter material, the liquid outlet discharge, filter residue left box filter cake formation, so as to achieve purpose of solid-liquid separation.
Characteristics of Stainless Steel Plate Filter
1, it is corrosion resistance and durability.
2, filter plate uses thread type structure, according to different filter medium and production process (first filtering, half fine filtration, fine filtration) requirements, to change different filter material. It can achieve aseptic filtration purpose by directly use micro porous filter membrane. According to the size of the filter quantity, users can also corresponding to reduce or increase the filter layer, making it meet the need for production.
3, all sealing parts use silicon rubber sealing rings, has advantages of high temperature resistant, non-toxic, no leakage and good sealed performance.
4, pump of plate filter (or available explosion-proof motors) and input tube parts, using fast loading connections, convenient to remove and cleaning.
