Introduction:

 

 

 

This device mainly includes concentration can, condenser, gas-liquid separator, cooler and liquid receiving barrel.

 

The concentration can is of clip-sleeve structure; the condenser is of row-pipe type; the cooler is of coiled type. The device is suitable for the concentration of the material liquid in such industries as pharmacy, food and chemistry, etc, and as well serves for the recycle of alcohol and simple refluence distillation. The contact part of the concentrator and the material is made with the stainless steel, resistant to corrosion and meeting the standard of the GMP.

 

 

 

Function:

 

 

 

This equipment is manufactured of stainless steel, provided a high-pressured water automatically spraying system. It is possible to get in the cooling water to the clamp cover. The transmission spot uses the mechanical seal. And to guarantee the production process safely as well as to conform to the GMP quality specification, we use the explosion proof electrical machinery.
