Thermal reversed flow distillation concentrator
Multi fuction, compact structure, small floor area, low need to operator, low investment and production cost.
Characteristic of thermal reversed flow distillation concentrator:
1. Big heating area for concentration, high concentration efficiency, short time of concentration, difficult to deposit, easy cleaning. The middle storage tank, attached to the set and beneath the evaporator, can make residue output and next batch of extraction, and during the same period, the concentrator can finish concentration of extraction liquid and prepare for next batch of extraction.
2. An extraction rate of 8% and above accompanied with high effective element. The extraction and concentration can be finished within identical enclosed equipment, accompanied with a little of loss. Due to low temperature of extraction, the extract is high qualified and pure in terms of color, odor and taste after concentration.
3. The condensation area is benefit to condensation and recovery of solvent, with low loss to solvent and a recovery rate of 95%and above.
4. Fruitful energy saving and full utilization of residual heat to reduce repeated heating and cooling, lowering energy consumption.
5. Multi fuction, compact structure, small floor area, low need to operator, low investment and production cost.
6. Full enclosed production by pipe to reduce the contamination to environment, in compliance with GMP.
