| Sand and stones are separated at the same time. |
| The propeller helps the ship to move near the shore. |
| Then the Sand Dumping Pump dumps the sand on the shore. |
| The Sand Pump works under waterlevel which equals to minus suction head. |
| This won't be affected by atmospheric pressure . |
| It can achieve maximum dredging depth and productivity. |

The design, construction, quality inspection is according to the standards and regulations of CCS. The hull, machinery equipments and other spares are at the requirements of CCS. The hull is square, cross keel, which is full welding steel structure.
Quality Warranty :
Every cutter suction dredger is built by skilled workers and inspected strictly to assure the high quality and durability. Each finished dredger will be tested in our testing center to make sure it works smoothly when delivering to customers.
Will provide 12-months warranty for the quality of the main parts: Diesel engines, generators, gear boxes, dredge pumps, Hydraulic system.
1) 12 months manufacturing warranty on all new installed component parts.
2) 12 months warranty on hull and all fabricated parts.
3) Wearing parts are not included.
During the warranty period , We will provide free parts and on-site technical guidance . After the warranty period, We will provide free and on-site technical support quickly, if the ship-owner need. But if the dredger need replacement parts, the cost paid by the owner.
Delivery :
The cutter suction dredgers are detachable, so it is easy to transport when delivering or moving from one working site to another.
Training and installation :
Our experienced installers will arrive at the construction site to guide, teach and training your staff to debug and operate the dredger until they can operate skillfully by themselves.
