Building principle:
Scantlings of the deck and shell plates will comply the specification. All materials, equipment, fittings,etc will be new, of good quality and free from all defeats.
Drawing language:
The language which used for drawing and document is English.
Standardardization:
Materials, machinery and equipment shall be generally of international make, and in accordance with the Chinese Standard GB, Chinese Marine Standards CB.
Hull deck:
The main deck structure is to be strong enough. Web transverses of the main deck are generally to be fitted at every three or four frames space.
Structures and functions:
The shifting winches, cutter ladder and lifting winch are driven by the hydraulic motor.
The hydraulic oil pump is driven by the auxiliary diesel engine.Functions of cutter suction dredger: dredging river, dredging sand, desilting, reclamation for channels and land, and building roads.
Applicability:
Applicability of this machine: To pass low bridge easily, the controlling room and rest room are dismountable. Connecting parts for cabin room and deck are easily dismounted joints.
Construction: it consists of three pontoons: one main pontoon and two side pontoons. The pontoons are connected by the connecting pieces and tightened by high intensity bolts and nuts.
Design drawing and document:
The builder will submit two sets plans in English for apporal to the owner. The owner should return one copy of the plans to the builder.
Quality guarantee:
The yard should give the owner 12 months warranty in connection.
Inspection and acceptance standard:
The vessel's construction, machinery, outfits and equipment to be inspected and tested under the presence of the Owner's Representative(s) and/or the Surveyor(s) representing in accordance with their respective Rule requirement.
