Working principle

The container with filter media is divided into the upper, lower, constitutes a simple filter.Suspension is added into the lower chamber, the filtrate through filter media is under pressure, solid particles are trapped in the filter medium surface to form a residue (or cake).
Filtration residue layer surface deposit thickening filtration process, the liquid through the residue layer resistance will be increased, the filtration rate decreases. When the filter chamber filled with the residue or the filtration rate is too small, to stop filtering, removingresidue, so that the filter media regeneration, to complete a filter cycle.
The liquid through the filter residue and filter media must overcome the resistance, so there must be a pressure difference on both sides of the filter media, which is the driving force for filtration.
