Main Power: World Top Brand supplier: Shangchai caterpillar, Deutz, Perkins diesel engine; the key part hydraulic pump and hydraulic valve; The pump is imported from Germany Rexroth, USA VICKERS. The pipe joint and hydraulic oil pipe are from USA and Italy.
Control parts: Electrical control way is Siemens technology. The key component parts are from world top suppliers, as improve the stability and liability.
Pumping process: Start the machine then dial pumping button. The rotation of the machine can be tracked automatically according to instruction, to reach the minimum working 1300r/min. If it needs to add the pumping discharge, just dial the electrical button, the machine will runs according to instruction.( Weichai engine)
2. Use the hydraulic outrigger, changing the traditional mode that the outrigger lift depends on jack. The lift is more flexible.
3. The key wearing parts such as wearing plate have the span of 30,000 cubic meter.
4. Firstly to adopt the technology that return oil filtrates first then cooling. The cooling fan is big power and the electron fan is imported from Italy. The return oil has no impact on cooler. The technology has better effect of cooling and make the oil temperature lower, which is kept 60 degree. It makes longer span of hydraulic components.
5. The first to adopt access control technology that the flow reduce when direction change stops and the most flow available when the direction change starts.
6. The unique design of hopper and “S” valve assures better suction, as assures the hopper has no accumulated material and better cost/ performance of the product.
7. Unique seal design of main oil cylinder. There is no emulsification phenomenon for hydraulic oil.
