Hydraulic system
1. Two optional pumping loop systems: Double pump, double loop and single pump, single loop. Those two special systems avoid hydraulic impact on changing direction.

3. Bracket legs adopted the hydraulic style and anti-falling bolt. This is convenient for pumping.
4. The pipe tie-ins and hydraulic oil pipes are adopted German Rexroth and Italian products, which makes raise up oil volume under without adding oil tube diameter, and reduce oil leak.
5. The main oil tank’s plunger is sealed in an assembling manner learned from abroad. The effect is excellent and it has well waterproof function .Using several encapsulating ring. It has long life-span.
6. In state of usual cylinder, a vat with a plunger is used as swing vat, which brings well buffer effect and swings more powerfully.
7. With a set of oil feeding technology, supplying oil timely is possible. The life of wearing parts is prolonged.
Hydraulic components
The pump is adopted famous international German-made “Rexroth” oil pump and American-made “Vickers” hydraulic direction-changing valve, with high discharge, high efficiency, long life-span and long-time running.
Dynamic system
Be used the universal acknowledged dynamic system “Perkins” and “Cummins” diesel engine. The power is strong and the fault rate is low.
Dasher system
Dasher driven by hydraulic motor with special hopper, so that ensures no left material on both side.
The friction resistance board
It is a wear-resisting board made of new hard wolfram steel of alloy. With new incrustation technology, the board has much longer life-span than similar products.
Electrical Control System
1. Use Germany-made siemens PLC programming controller, make the electrical control step into digital times.
2. It is quite convenient to operate with manual operation and remote controller.
3. Adopted siemens imported electrical components, which ensure lower malfunction, long life –span and changeover continently.
4. Adopted diesel engine gun and electrical controller, It is unnecessary to continuing adjust oil gun and the pump also has the automatic tracking design and backup function.
