1.Sand washing machine feature
Keda series high-efficient sand washing machine is the necessary wheel and bucket sand washing equipment, which is used for sand making . It can wash stone powder and residual away from the mixed sands produced by sand making machine to improve the quality of sand. It is produced by considering the home sand industry situation, which is widely used to wash,fractionate and dehydrate in sandstone factory,sand factory,hydroelectric concrete dam,concrete casting basin,glassworks quartz sand and pressure oil backfilling sand. 3.Our Sand stone washer principle:
When it Works, the motor through the V-belt, reducer, gear reducer driven impeller, after the slow rotation, sand and gravel are washed into the tank to the trough, in the impeller, driven by rolling and grinding each other to remove cover the gravel surface impurities, while destruction of the vapor-coated layer of sand to facilitate dehydration; the same time, add water to create a strong water flow, in a timely manner a small proportion of impurities and foreign matter away from the export of washing tank overflow discharge to complete the cleaning effect. Clean sand and gravel away from the blade end into the gravel from the rotation of the impeller out of Trough, the completion of gravel cleaning effect.
