3.Description:                                                                                                                                                   

Vibrating chutes  of separation processing has combined the working principle of common chute to jigger. In the function of grid bar, slurry formed nest and pulse flow, then heavy gold and other mineral will be at the bottom layer. Water flow is very small and concentration is heavy. In this part, lighter and fine mineral will be at the layer through the gap, to be sand layer alike.  
Inefficiency of common chute is not continuous discharge. So long time working leads to harden and sinking layer, not good for further selection. Jigger needs water to loose the raw material in the gold bed. While agitating chute is workable on both problems of common chute and jigger. It agitates the rubber floor, and no hardens phenomenon. And at the same time, all the heavy gold will be sinker in the rubber floor; natural gold will be in the layer for recycle.
