High efficiency large sandstone crushing Line:

1.Brief Introduction of Sand Production Line:
Large stone is transported to jaw crusher via vibrating feeder for primary crushing. Then crushed material is transported to sand making machine. Then the stones are screened out into several different types with a vibrating screen. Stone with satisfied size is transported to sand washing machine, then it will be final product, while overlarge stone is returned back to sand making machine for recrushing.

2. Features of the Stone Making Product Line:

The whole line (Stone Crusher Line) is highly automatic and the size of the finished products is even, good-shaped and can be adjustable, with high crushing ratio, low power consumption and high capacity, which is suitable for big, middle and small projects, such as road and bridge construction.

2) The hardness, percentage of Si, moisture percentage of the raw materials.
3) The average size of the raw materials before entering into the crushing system.
