  Quartz stone /silica sandstone crushing&screening&washing plant    :

  The whole stone crushing plant production line consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, electric control, etc. We design different production lines ranging 50 t/h to 500 t/h by combining different models of equipment which can match cone crusher, deduster, etc.

The stone production line /stone crushing plant flow produced by our LanJi corporation is consist of hopper, vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen and belt conveyor ect. process:

1.Large materials are regularly conveyed into the jaw crusher for elementary crushing by vibrating feeder, and then the belt conveyor transfers the elementary products to impact crusher for secondary crush.

2.The secondary product will be separated into stone of different sizes by the vibrating screen, the parts satisfying the needs will be sent the finished stockpile by belt conveyor.

3.The parts not satisfying the needs will be returned to the impact crusher for further crush,thus forming a closed circuit.

4..The size of the finished products can be combined and graded according to customer’s demand; we can equip with dust removal equipment to protect the environment.
