Flotation production lineis composed of jaw crusher, ball mill, classifier, magnetic separator, flotation machine,thickener, dryer and other major equipment,matching up feeder,elevator and conveyor to make up a whole flotation production line. This production line has many advantages:high efficiency, energy saving, high handling capacity, economic rationality,etc.
Flotation process can be roughly divided into the following process:1. mineral particles react with flotation agent, make the hydrophobic surface of objective mineral, non objective mineral hydrophilic.
2. so that the pulp belongs to the turbulent state in order to ensure good mineral particles uniformly in the tank suspension.
3. in the pulp produce bubbles, and make uniform dispersion, and good contact and mineral particles.
4. hydrophobic mineral particles collide with air bubbles and adhesion in a bubble, formation of mineralized bubbles.
5. mineral bubbles continuously floating to the liquid level, the formation of foam layer. In the foam layer bubbles continue to rupture, dehydration, thereby removing a part of mixed hydrophilic mineral particles, the grade of concentrate to improve, which happened two times enrichment.
6. scrapings obtained foam, foam concentrate.
