Vibrating feeder working principle: 

GZD series vibrating feeder consists of vibrating body, vibration exciter, spring pedestal, transmission device, etc. The vibration of vibrating feeder is caused by vibration exciter, which consists of two eccentric shafts (driving shaft and driven shaft) and gear. The motor drives the driving shaft through V belt, and the gear of driving shaft occludes the driven shaft and causes it to move. The driving and driven shafts move in opposite direction, and the vibrating body begins to vibrate, the materials flow constantly, and the aim of transmission is accomplished.
