Impact crusher mainly consists of rotor, impact plate, main shaft, blow bar, impact rack, etc. During operation the raw material will be crushed three times,the first time is crushed by rotor rack with high speed-moving of rotor and material will be through to impact plate,then material will be crushed through the impact force by impact plate,the last crushing force is the squeeze between material when material is flow down to blow bar. This process is repeated only when the material is crushed as required. The size and shape of finished material can be controlled by adjusted the gap between the impact plate and rotor.
