QT4-25 Semi-automatic concrete /cement hollow block making machine:
1. Introduction of Concrete Brick Making Machine
1.Four-bar guidance ensure the accurate action of pressure head and mould.
2.The body of machine produced by casting of high precision ,intensity and special welding material, it features by high rigidity,good resistance to vibration and long service life.
3.Electrical system using PLC controller with data entry devices export control system,including security logic control and fault diagnosis system.
4.Vibrating table with press makes blocks. To-and-fro guiding feeder feeds the material. It is of short moulding cycle and high production efficiency. The brick is of high intensity and accurate dimension.
5.Using electromechanical integration technology, make sure the equipment running stably and low rate of waste.
6.By changing mould, this machine can produce every sort of blocks such as hollow block, kerbstone, pavior brick, grassed brick and slope block. It can produce color pavior blocks with special device.
