6-S concentrating shaking table gravity separation
1. Concentrating table application:
The large range of transverse slope adjustment(0~10°),adjustable stroke;
Keep the stably operation when change the transverse slope and stroke
Spring is arranged in the case with compact structure
Without reagents consumption, little electricity consumption
3. Working principle of concentrating table :
The ore particles feeding from the shaking table surface feeding box,at the same time,the feeding water trough will wash water crosswise,then the particles under the combined action of the specific gravity ,crosswise running water impact force,alternating movement of bed surface, layering as per the specific gravity and particles, make longitudinal movement along the bed surface and transverse movement along the inclined bed surface.the different specific gravity materials and different size particles will flow as fan shaped along self movement direction gradually, discharge from the shaking table concentrate end and the tailing end separatly, finally,separate concentrate,middlings,tailings.
