Permanent double drum wet magnet magnetic separator :
Wet magnetic separator application: This type of magnetic separator is used to separate the strong magnetic materials .the capacity can be 24-240t/h.
The magnetic system adopt high performance,Magnetic system materials adopt ferrite and NdFeB with high performance, high coercive force and high remanence; the surface of the cylinder is lined with wear-resistant rubber.
Wet magnetic separator features:
1.It is high efficiency new wet magnetic separator.
2.The magnetic system adopt high magnetic energy product,high coercive force NdFeB materials,it is high magnetic intensity,the work depth is big, the magnetic intensity demagnetization rate is less than 5%
3.It has smooth transition large angle magnetic system,increase separation length and magnetic turn number, to achieve the magnetic materials and non-magnetic (weak) materials high efficiency separation.
4.Magnetic system package and paste is non-conductive magnet stainless steel,ensure the magnet not fall off.
5.to the different usage and separating conditions,the different series magnetic separator has different magnetic system design and trough structure.
6.The trough structure is semi-current ,also can make current trough according to the customer’s requirements.
7.cylinder adopt non-conductive stainless and packed by wear resistant rubber,the cylinder using life has been improved dramaticlly.

Wet magnetic separator structure drawing(Counter currenttype CTN series):
The current-current type magnetic separator structure: the ore pulp feeding rotation is reverse with the cylinder rotation direction,the concentrate discharge from the feeding side,the tailing discharge from another side,it is apply to the 0.6-0mm strong magnetic mineral ores coarse selection,scavenging,it is high recovery rate( because the tailing discharging point is far from the feeding mouth)but the grade is low( because magnetic double function is not good)
