Mineral ore mixing agitation tank for flotation process :
1. Agitation tank Description: Agitation tank is mainly applied in slurry stirring before floatation, chemical and construction industry, cyanide chemical plant, sewage treatment plant, and coal plant etc.
The machine is driven by the V-belt drive motor rotating impeller,and mixes the drugs and pulp evenly. It is the necessary equipment of increasing the medicine effect time and strengthening the medicine quality. It fits benificiation industry, and every chemical industry mixing. For all kinds of metal ore, this machine is mainly used for mixing the pre-flotation, so that it can mix the medicine and pulp fully. And it can also be used for mixing other non-metallic minerals. It is suitable for pulp with density of no more than 30 %( by weight), and the size of the fixed component of the slurry particle is less than 1mm. It has a cylindrical radial circulation mechanical blending form with the spiral impeller and flat bottom.
