Mining hydrocyclone gragind equipment:

Hydrocyclone equipment developed  with an advanced international level. The liners of hydrocyclone unitare made of iabrasion resistant rubber. In addition, abrasion resistant rubber is also used in the inner box and pipelines to extend the service life. The valve operate well without resistance. And a small size of valve reduces the diameter of the cyclone unit.

Working Principle of hydrocyclone equipment:

 

 hydrocyclone unit is used for classification with the centrifugal sedimentation as its working principle. When the two-phase or three-phase mixed with liquor is fed into hydrocyclone through feeding opening, the mixture does three-dimensional and oval and strong rotating and tangent cyclone motion. Considering differences of density between fine and coarse ores, coarse ores spirally rotate to be discharged from the underflow outlet, while the majority of fine particles are up to be discharged from overflow outlet.
