The ZQZ5253TFC is a proven design with convenient control locations and good operator visibility. The units are powered by a 97kw Cummins diesel engine,Italy Hydr.app hydraulic sets, Belgium Johnson asphalt pump, Bergkamp spreader box. All these excellent parts make it with good quality and performance.
(1) Double axis mixer system and atios regulate system can make water, asphalt emulsion and additive mix more accurate .
(2) Variable-speed, dual-shaft, multi-paddle pugmill with a dual hydraulic drive provides even mixture and material flow,aggregate is delivered to the pugmill by a belt-over-chain-fed conveyor to eliminate slippage
(3) Vibrating hopper walls minimize bridging problems
(4)Stainless steel additive tank and removable liquid material tanks make cleanup easier
(5) Bergkamp spreader box make the pavement more smooth.
