Structure and Working Principle of China No.1 Cement clinker vertical grinding machine in cement plant:
The vertical mill consists of mill, feeder, classifier, blower, pipes, hopper, electric control system, collecting system etc..
The centrifugal force generated by the rotating table driven by the reducer make the raw material goes between the roller and grinding table.
The raw material is ground at the force of crushing, grinding and shearing. The air flow from the fan makes the pulverized powder goes up. Through the classifier, the coarse powder falls down onto the table for regrinding and the finer powder with the air flow goes into the pulse-jet collector. The finer powder is collected in the pulse-jet collector. And the clean air goes out from the pulse jet collector.

- Newly-designed roller sealing component ensures the reliable sealing without sealing the fan, which can lower the oxygen content in the mill to prevent the possibility of explosion.
