Raw Material Condition For Wood Pellet Machine
1,The maximum size of the materials are not more than the diameter of the pelletizing hole. i.e, if the diameter of the hole is 6mm, the length of the saw dust cannot be more than 6mm. Please ensure the proper size of raw material according to the diameter of the hole.
2,Different raw materials have different moisture content requirement.
3,The moisture content of sawdust for the die-driving Pellet Mill is specified to 10%-18%. and roller-driving Pellet Mill is 10%-14%. The materials should be mixed evenly.
4,This machine can process one kind material and evenly mixture, small pieces of hard goods can’t
be mixed, otherwise the machine die and roller will be damaged.

Q1. Does this machine can make wood pellets?
Answer: This machine can make both wood pellets and feed pellets. When making feed pellets, it performs better and the capacity is bigger.
Q2. What are the spare parts for this series pellet machine?
Answer: The spare parts for this machine are one die and two rollers.
Q3. How often should I change the spare parts?
Answer: The long life time of the die and rollers is 1500 hours at least. It needs to change the easy wear parts every five months. If maintained and used well, the parts can be used about EIGHT months or more.
