The using scope of the pellet mill
Our Pellet Mill is mainly used for making crude fiber materials into pellets. The materials can be sawdust, rice husk, cotton stalk, cottonseed skins, weeds and crop stalks and other plant wastes, especially low-bonding and unformed materials. It may also be applicable to biological fertilizer, organic manure as well as fertilizer for low-temperature granulation.
How to control the raw materials
The machine accepts the dry materials(The moisture of raw materials is not less than the national standard of 13% ). Differential and universal joint driver is adopted. Both the motor or diesel engine are OK.
The character of pellets
Organic fertilizer, inorganic fertilizer,biological organic fertilizer can be produced. The processed products are ball granule with uniform size. Its fluidity and solubility are good, the intensity of products is high and the fluidity is good.

Q1. Does this machine can make wood pellets?
Answer: This machine can make both wood pellets and feed pellets. When making feed pellets, it performs better and the capacity is bigger.
Q2. What are the spare parts for this series pellet machine?
Answer: The spare parts for this machine are one die and two rollers.
Q3. How often should I change the spare parts?
Answer: The long life time of the die and rollers is 1500 hours at least. It needs to change the easy wear parts every five months. If maintained and used well, the parts can be used about EIGHT months or more.
Q4. How often would the machine need to be serviced?
Answer: Every three months is the best for the machine.
Q5. Does the raw materials require any additives to aid in the forming of the pellets?
Answers: It doesn't need to add any additives to aid in the forming of pellets. The only thing you need to do is to control the moisture of the raw materials properly.
