I. Belt conveyor main introduction:
•1. It is widely used in mining, metallurgy, coal and other industries
•2. The belt conveyor can be used to transfer bulk materials or materials in pieces, according to different transferring requirements, the transferring system can be of only one belt conveyor or consist of several conveyors, or combined with other transferring equipments
•3. The belt conveyor can be installed horizontally or aslope to meet the needs of different transferring requirements.
II. Working principle of belt conveyer:
The motor dryes the driving rollers of the belt conveyor, and drives the
roller by the strong belt advances. Materials are conveyed from the original
place to the place where they are needed.
III. Belt Conveyor features:
♦(1) This conveyor can make horizontal or oblique transportation by itself or combine with other conveyors.
♦(2) There are no relative motion between materials and conveyor belt, the damage to materials can be avoid.
♦(3) Conveying is smooth and steady.
♦(4) Low energy consumption and cost for conveyor.
