ombining advanced Canadian technology and the domestic practical situation, our company developed the SJMS series WPC production line. WPC profile extrusion line is adopted specially designed screw, barrel, mould and unique WPC craft and formula initiated by our company. The extruder can match with the auxiliary machines and moulds perfectly. The whole production line is of automatic control from the loading to the final dischanging. The machines can also be manually adjusted separately. With the advantages of good plastication, low energy-consumption, high output, excellent performance, long endurance, ect. It can be equipped with relative auxiliary equipment, such as vacuum calibration platform, haul-off machine, cutting machine and material stacker. It is mainly used for extruding outdoor decorative WPC profiles, such as gardening landscapes, outdoor landscapes, palllets, etc.
With special designed screw ,barrel.moule and producing process ,equipped with downstream equipment ,this line can produce PE PP PVC and wood powder profile.
This is a new kind of environmental freindly building material.
Mixing the plastic ,wood powder ,foam agent and other additives.
After high temperature and high pressure extrusion ,the products can be used for pallets ,packing plates ,windows and door frames ,decoration panels and etc .
Final Products
pallet ,the material of pallet is stainless steel pipe the surface of each part of machinery covered film together with one set of packing list in english .wooden crate : under fumigation treatment .together with one set of packing list in English
partial shipment allowed container shipment allowed before delivery ,we will send the dimension & weight of machinery to customer to help the them choose suitable container (attention :no OT container in Qingdao port )
