PVC WPC solid door frame extrusion line
Raw material: PVC, wood powder, Chemical additives
Product size: according to customer's requirements.
This unit is composed of conical double-screw extruder, mould, vacuum calibration table, haul-off machine, cutter, and material reversal stacker, etc. The extruder adopts AC frequency conversion drive system, and is simple to maintain. PVC and wood powder is mainly applied to produce WPC profiles such as building partition, cabinet door panels, windowsill, wall decorative panel, skirting, door frame, window shutters, photo frame, furniture edge banding, stair handrail, floor board, decoration cladding panel, plastic door and window profiles, aluminum-plastic composite profiles, decoration profiles, etc.
Feeding machine
The Material should be mixed by mixing machine according to our formula.
the mixed material shall be put into a auto feeding tank, and then feeded to the extruder.
Extruder
We equip the SJMS65/132 conical double screw extruder for WPC solid door frame making.
the extrusion capacity can be 150-240 kg per hour.
the main motor power is 37kw with ABB inverter.
the extruder equipped with Vacuum exhuasting system for moisture.
Mold
You can change mold to make different products with different size and shape.
and the calibrators shall be cooled by water cooling and vacuum cooling.
Calibrating machine
The product should be cooled and calibrated in the calibrating machine.
the length is 4-6 meters.
Haul off and cutting machine
the Haul off machine is used for claimping the product to moving forward.
the cutting machine can cut the product into required length automatically.
Final product
The final product is made with high quality for high strength and water proof. the final product can be easy to be installed as door frame system
laminating machine
The door frame can be laminated with beautiful decoration color, like wooden color
