Introduction of wood plastic machinery process
Wood plastic broom stick extrusion line/broom handle/broom stick making machine
Wood Powder(65%-70%) + 100% recycled PE/PP plastic flakes(20%-30%) +chemical additives(5%-10%)→PE/PP WPC granules →PE/PP WPC profile products
The wood-plastic is new kind of synhetic material through the process of crushing, milling, mixing, granulating, extruding, calibrating, hauling off and cutting, which uses PVC, PP,PE resin or recycled plastic and plant fiber(wood powder, chaff, straw, etc.) as raw material. This kind of wood plastic is not only very similar with naturalwood in apperance and feel, but also has the same characteristics as wood of being sawable, planeable, drillable.
WPC Products usements:
The wood plastic products are widely used in outdoor floor, close to water construction, balcony, landscape architecture, chairs and benches, fences, interior doors and windows, furniture, etc.
The machines can also be manually adjusted separately. With the advantages of good plastication, low energy consumption, such as vacuum calibrating platform, haul off machine, cutting machine and material stacker. It is mainly used for extruding outdoor decorative wpc profiles, such as gardening landscapes, outdoor landscapes, pallets, etc.

Q. : Delivery time ?
A.: We have the WPC machinery line in stocks, after our Account Department confirm your payment, we will delivery goods within 40days.
Q. : Payment terms ?
A.: 30% of total amount should be paid by T/T as down payment, the balance (70% of total amount) should be paid before delivery by T/T or confirmed irrevocable L/C at sight.
100% confirmed irrevocable L/C at sight also can be accepted by our factory.
Q. : Installant and test ?
A.: Seller send technician to buyer’s factory installed and tested the machinery, teach the workers
how to use it. The buyer should pay the fee of tickets, accommodation and the salary of workers 80dollars per day per person.
Q.: Samples of finish products ?
A.: We can supply the customers free samples of finish products, and the freight cost need to be paid by customers.
